My husband and I are from Georgia , our 2015 Impala engine light came on and of course we panicked being here in Canada. We went to the dealer on Upper James and was truly impressed at the fast service and the incredibly knowledgeable wonderful woman at the desk. She gave us directions to places to eat nearby while the car was being serviced asking if we needed a shuttle, also offered us coffee or tea . This was the best experience I could have hoped for. I was very nervous going to my consultation appointment and didn’t know what to expect. Great service. These guys know their stuff. Fast, efficient and top quality. I had an asphalt driveway with exposed aggregate concrete borders and walkway. Looks great!
Heads up though - you may have to chase them up to get them started. Be polite, but assertive and you should get results. Worth the wait as once they start - they finish, and finish well, clean and tidy. I ordered in early July and it was started and completed in mid October 2020 (In the middle of Covid).
