Sépaq manages over 80,000 km2 of natural territories spread out among 16 administrative regions and 18 tourist regions of Québec. Its mission is to ensure the accessibility, development and protection of these public facilities for the benefit of its clientele, the regions of Québec, and future generations.

The park is the heart of three municipalities, Ste-Beatrix, St-Jean-de-Matha, Ste-Melanie. Covering 750 acres, the Regional Park of Monte Falls to Peine-et-des-Dalles was established in l979 and l984 Régie Intermunicipal. This initiative was a first in Quebec, we were the first as Régie Intermunicipal to engage in the development of a natural site. In l985, we completed the acquisition of land and in l986, management of parking lots and service buildings in each of the three entrances to the park. In l996, we have made ??impressive development work, three majestic bridges over the Assomption River Park and opened a network of walking trails, picnic areas, stairs, footbridges , gazebos, trail interpretation of nature and a forest garden.
