My waiter Bianca was a dream and such a sweetheart. Ask her to teach you some words in Italian! The chefs truly take dedication and care into making great Italian dishes. On the outside, this place looks "meh" but walk in and it is lovely and charming and CLEAN. We didn't feel like Italian but we thought we would take a chance on a basic burger, fries and coca cola. There is nothing basic about this burger. It was fresh and made with love and the fries were freshly cut and perfecto.I could see part of the kitchen from where we sat and it was as clean as my mama's kitchen. Next test was the bathroom. As I guessed, it was clean! Waitress was lovely and efficient. The portion was generous, so much so that I could not finish my meal so she boxed it up and the burger tasted phenomenal even the next day. What is your secret? Only recommendation, update the exterior to reflect interior. The interior should eventually be updated but the fact that it was clean made me jump for joy!!

Im not sure why the negative reviews. Its an italian restaurant why are you ordering steak and fries?? Their pastas are outstanding, the wood oven pizza is outstanding, the place is always busy or was at least before covid and Peroni on tap is great. Good espresso, good dessert the Nutella Pizza is sooo good. Its small, close quarters and certainly not private in any way, but thats what I like. Ive been going for years and will continue to do so once covid is finished.
