Thank you, I went in the store today to purchase a bag for a young man down on his luck and your staff were incredible, supportive and caring. I really appreciate the caring and giving manner that your staff presented. It brought me to tears, to see such good people. Thank you again. The young man was in wonder and shock at receiving such a gift from people who did not know him, I included Sport Chek as part of gift giving because your staff gave me such a great deal and were so kind.

I’ve had my accounts there for over 40 years and have never experienced a mistake in my transactions unlike another institution that I will not mention. All banks and credit unions have reduced staffing and employee shuffling since covid 19 raised it’s ugly head. I have never had a hard time getting thru on the phone nor experienced rude staffing. Once or twice longer line ups, but no different than anywhere else. I have been looked after in a professional manner for many years.

I haven't had my dog fully groomed with Cate, but I regularly bring my wiggly, fidgety and slightly toothy dog for nail trims and appreciate that she always finds time to fit us in, and does a job I can't do and does it well. It's so easy to leave a bad review and people do t leave positive feedback as often but I want to share that Cate has always been polite and patient with my dog, and I can recommend her.
