It is now the oldest brick building in Vancouver with restorations to both inside and out that have retained the historical integrity of the original structure. The inside is a blend of modern amenities and state of the art recording equipment. We have 4 studios, located on separate floors, which are comfortable and spacious with lots of natural light, each has a private kitchen and lounge area. We've created an environment that is comfortable, has a great vibe, and is very conducive to making music for artists, producers and engineers.

Our top tier, industry active instructors offer high caliber, comprehensive vocal coaching, songwriting, stage coaching, and music lessons including piano, guitar, drums and more. Studio Cloud 30 was founded in 2009 as a vehicle for novice, hobbyist and professional musicians and performers to develop their talents in an environment that offers the highest standard of current and relevant industry training. With unique performance opportunities for all clients, Studio Cloud 30 bridges the gap between music schools and major label development. Studio Cloud 30 has two locations serving the lower mainland, in Vancouver's Fairview Slopes and Tsawwassen Town Centre.
