I had a very positive and informative experience shopping at this store. My old central vacuum motor had burned out after only 5 years. Regrettably I had purchased it from Costco. Joe at Vacmaster showed me the different motors that are used in central vacuums. I could tell right away the difference. I purchased the Canavac LS550 and had them install it for me the next day.
