I am in the Canadian Armed Forces (outside the province) and visit Richmond, ON two to three times per year to spend my leave with my parents. I have rented solely from this company since my parents moved here from Niagara Falls. They have always had a vehicle available, picked me up and dropped me off at my parents home each trip, a lot of times without a reservation. iI have brought my two diesel VWs to Ian since the mid-2000s. He has done major servicing on the newer one, including change the timing belt, change out the front springs for taller ones, and install a 1 inch lift for the rears. When I found a donor parts car for my original VW, we struck a deal for him to swap parts off the running car for better ones off the dead one. Then he bought it for more parts for his race car. No complaints whatsoever!!

These guys are fabulous to deal with. When my furnace was red-tagged, I called them in because they didn't try to upsell me when they were here for a furnace repair. By far the best furnace and the best price (I got 3 quotes). They arrived early the next day, put down carpet protectors and began work. Within a few hours, new hi-efficiency furnace installed and we had heat for the first time in 4 days! Everyone was polite, ultra-clean, and very knowledgeable. Would certainly recommend.
