I needed a formal document called Heat Loss/Gain Calculations for my newly built house to prove that the builder has undersized a furnace for our house. Builder did not agree with my claim, and I reported the issue to Tarion as warranty claim. David was able to provide me with Heat Loss/Gain Calculations that showed in fact the furnace installed in out house was undersized. It was a crucial piece of document to support my claim.

Excellent service! I had my pump stop working on a Friday afternoon. This was the ONLY place that called back that day. I received one other call from another business. This was the ONLY one that asked whether we were OK or without water for the weekend. When they came on Monday, they repaired the problem.

This store,compared with either Kitchener or Cambridge Walmart, is the cleanest, tidiest, and friendliest place to shop. I may be biased here, but the clientele seems to be more conscientious as well (Mennonite community?). I'm not from St. Jacobs, but I will come from Cambridge to shop here at this Walmart. At any rate, I've never walked in there to find garbage anywhere, and folks seem to have a sense of community pride here and are well-mannered. A very nice shopping experience whenever I go.

Best choice in KW for an amazing SUV limousine. I booked a SUV limo for my sisters bachelorette and was totally blown away by the limo. We were on a budget and it was more then affordable to surprise my sister with a limo!! We went to Niagara Falls and had a great ride there and back and made a few bucks at the casino..... Found out I had no hot water after dinner and called Reliance. Got a call back from Kendrick that evening offering a time the next morning. They called the next morning to ask if they could come over sooner than appointed. They did a great job getting my hot water back asap!
