I received very good service from the lady telly yesterday morning , Wednesday October 2.
I went to my RBC branch in Manotick to draw some US$ and $CAN from my accounts. When I got to the counter I realised that I had left my debit card at home.Your Teller said do not worry I can solve that problem and asked me for ID and pin number etc and saved me a trip home to get my card. It is always nice to get good service with a smile.

Shelves are always stocked- the staff are friendly- pharmacy staff are cheerful and helpful. There is only one problem - the cashier is often not available - management insists on only one cashier as they want the express machines to be used. Not convenient when I only want a lottery ticket.

Excellent service from start to finish. Our experience was smooth from the moment Corinne arrived to give us advice and a quote. We loved that someone came to us with colour samples and then took photos and provided us photos. She continued to help with trim selections. From then to the final order, installation and billing all went extremely well. And most important the final product which was 2 iron ore walnut coloured garage doors with windows look fabulous and totally changed the look.

I am in the Canadian Armed Forces (outside the province) and visit Richmond, ON two to three times per year to spend my leave with my parents. I have rented solely from this company since my parents moved here from Niagara Falls. They have always had a vehicle available, picked me up and dropped me off at my parents home each trip, a lot of times without a reservation. The staff in parts were amazing. Although I was frustrated after having my brand new 2017 Ford in for the fourth time they made sure my needs were met without any problems.
