As they grew older, their roles evolved. They managed inventory and trained new team members after school. Blaine and Joey took that wisdom to heart, earning their plumbing and gas fitting tickets fresh out of high school. Joey even hustled his way through trade school before graduation! Fast forward to August 2010: Blaine and Joey set out to raise the bar for service in Lloydminster and its surrounding areas by founding Guardian Plumbing and Heating. They began with just themselves and their incredibly supportive wives, Elisa and Melissa, working out of Blaine's kitchen. Their dream? To create a company that empowered customers to choose the best solutions, not just the bare minimum to pass inspection. In 2012, they moved into the old School Division office at 5411 50th Ave, converting parts of the building into warehouse and shop space. By December, they were in a brand-new location at 3710 52nd Street Close, Lloydminster, and their team had grown to over 30 employees. Over the past 13 years, they've trained numerous technicians, assembled the best team, and are always prepared to tackle any situation.
