Hi, I am Sheena. I started this wellness journey 20 years ago. I graduated in 2005 with a Massage Therapy Diploma. I trained with Steiner the onboard spa where I enhanced my wellness services and knowledge. I have a passion for wellness and working with people. Wanting to expand my ability to treat the root of illness and musculoskeletal concerns, I desired to become an acupuncturist. Acupuncture assists my clients to heal themselves from the root of illness. I believe in a wholistic approach to health. This includes physical activity, wholesome food, rewarding relationships and hobbies, and setting limits to preserve energy. I am dedicated in bringing harmony to your body through thoughtful Acupuncture, Massage and Chinese Medicine services.
