I have been training with 360 for a year. I started with only a hope to improve my health and lose some weight. My selfesteem was so low I went in expecting to fail. Starting back in the 1970's when my father use to load up all his kids and some friends in a pick up truck that were willing to work for little pay then drive into the country side and hand dig with a shovel healthy spruce, pine and birch trees from the wild. Most of those trees are now 50ft tall in and around the Calgary area. The best part was seeing how happy people were with the finished product and later seeing the wild trees turn into feature trees in front yards.
