The damaged machine was replaced with a fully assembled and tested unit at my home within a few hours. I started the weight loss program on April 17th 2015. Since then, I have lost 37 LBS (pounds) and am well on my way to achieving my target. It costs a bit but there's no exercise while you loose weight. It's all about maintaining your food intake and following the plan until you get to your desired goal.
