Lisa Kessig, RMT is a recent graduate of Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy (CCMH). She is licensed in the Province of Ontario and a certified member of CMTO and RMTAO. Lisa is excited to be joining the team at My Cambridge Health with owner, Deborah Capstick, RTCMP, RAc whose focus is Traditional Chinese Medicine and acupuncture. Lisa's kind and open personality will make you feel instantly at ease. Lisa has comforting manner and a willingness to listen to your specific problems or complaints. Her massage involves using specific stroking or kneading techniques from one or a combination of the massage traditions.

Today, we are Guelph's leading, fully-accredited, not-for-profit provider of resident long-term care, complex continuing care, and rehabilitation services. We also offer excellent community outreach services for people who live in their own homes but need a little assistance in their day-to-day lives because of dementia-related conditions, injury (including an acquired brain injury), frailty, or problems associated with isolation.
