I ordered online # of catfood & other cat items for home delivery as I am unable to drive. When I recd the box of items, it was missing 1 of 4 mega pack of dentabites. I called the Regent store as that is where delivery items are pkgd & sent out & spoke to the Mgr.To resolve he arranged to have the missing pack plus 1 more delivered to me even though I live on the other side of the city. which far exceeded my expectations. Unfortunately I did not get his name. Excellent service.

Have been going to this store for years and they're great. They always have the pet food and wood shavings varieties we're looking for. And we bought some of our critters from there too. Staff is very friendly and knowledgable. They order in stuff we want, if they don't have it. I recommend doing all your pet shopping there.
