I signed up my teen age son last year because he was shy and introverted. Only after 6 months I noticed his mood has changed much better and positive. The Master Instructor gave him many great advices in fitness & healthy eating, now my son have breakfast with me every morning. He used to skip the breakfast all the time in the past.
