Sound Energy Planning, Healthy Forests, Responsible Mining, Waste Reduction, And Conservation Of Our Natural Resources And Environmental Assets. Northwatch Has Worked With Residents Over The Past Two Decades To Prevent Northeastern Ontario From Becoming The Receiving Ground For Foreign Wastes, Whether Its Torontos Garbage, Ontarios Biomedical Waste, Canadas Nuclear Reactor Fuel Waste, Or Pcbs From Around The World. The Davedi Club was founded in 1952 by many Italian Immigrants whose names are still prominent in North Bay today.Our founding fathers took the first two letters of the names: Dante, Verdi, and DiMaggio, establishing the name DAVEDI to represent our community with education, music, and sports at the forefront of our focus.Today our membership consists of 300 Men, Ladies, and Youth Members who come together at monthly Ladies Auxiliary and General Meetings while we reach nearly 1000 homes with our Italian Pride Newsletter.
