He has explained in detail what he is planning to do to fix the problem and what i can expect after. As well, he allows you to observe the actual work he does and explains his reasoning and actions if and when i have questions. Dr. Soon and all the gals at his office are phenomenal. I have never experienced such superb care as I have at his clinic. After signing consent forms for various procedures, he will sit next to you and read each point, further elaborate, and then ensure understanding. As someone with dentist anxiety, the staff as well as Dr. Soon are very sensitive. They notice clenched hands and fists and will repeatedly check in. He doesn't push product nor shame you into flossing more. They are simply the best!

I purchased new tires and got wheel alignment from Fountain Tire in Edmonton. I was not happy with service and treatment I received when I asked questions about the wheel alignment. Turned out the wheel alignment was was off and vehicle wondered to the left on highway. I took my vehicle to Drayton Valley Fountain Tire to check the wheel alignment and they found the undercarriage was off. They realigned the undercarriage & fixed the wheel alignment, at no charge. We had a large interlocking brick planter and matching smaller planters built as well as patio stones installed to replace a front sidewalk and rear wooden deck. Work necessitated re-sodding rear lawn. All materials were of the highest quality and workmanship was excellent. Francois takes great pains to ensure that his work is performed faultlessly and is in accordance with suppliers warranty approved methods and standards. All workers were friendly and efficient.
