It was a totally decent place, everyone was really friendly. We were travelling (moving) with cats and I smuggled my kitties in and they kind of turned a blind eye. Besides that everything was clean and professional. You always know what to expect with this chain - reasonable price, clean, everything works. I'd stay here again if I had to stay in Nanaimo and just wanted a good place to sleep (as opposed to a Bed and Breakfast or something).

I’d give them more than 5 stars if I could. Amazing service with top quality workmanship. The repairs were quite reasonable (less than I guessed they would be). My car is only 3 months old and they repaired the damage to looking almost new again. I was disappointed in myself for damaging my new car and now it looks great. From estimate to pick-up the process was smooth and professional.

We hired Coastal Pest Management when we thought we had rats; we have a dog and a cat and were concerned for their safety; we were able to get our first appointment was the next day; we had two weekly follow-ups.
