On April 1, 1991 three of the Masi brothers purchased the business from Armando Belmonde and have continued to sell top quality meats. The Masi brothers, Eugenio, Vito and Giancarlo, were born in Italy where they come from a long line of butchers. Their father even lived in Venezuela for three years teaching local farmers how to raise chickens.
Columbus Meat Market is a fully operational meat market. There are full time butchers, chicken cutters and sausage makes on site six days a week. We take delivery of fresh meat daily, this allows us the ability to offer the freshest products and custom meat cuts. Providing all of this allows us to give our customers the best value possible.
