Along with a wide range of fresh, seasonal meats, poultry and game from the outstanding local farms like Polderside, Sloping Hills and Pemberton Meadows, Big Lou's Butcher Shop will offer a wide range of made in house items like sausages, dressings, cures, marinades and pickled vegetables. Additional services and products will include custom cutting and orders, restaurant meal replacement items like braised short ribs, lamb shanks, pork belly and marinated specialties.

The Masi brothers, Eugenio, Vito and Giancarlo, were born in Italy where they come from a long line of butchers. Their father even lived in Venezuela for three years teaching local farmers how to raise chickens.
Columbus Meat Market is a fully operational meat market. There are full time butchers, chicken cutters and sausage makes on site six days a week.
