We stopped in here as we were wandering around. Best decision of the day! The owner is wonderful, the food is awesome and super reasonable. We ordered a sub combo and a club sandwich. The bread and ingredients were fresh, it tasted amazing for a sub. The owner was a joy to talk with. Our experience was great quality food at a low price (with exceptional service).

Usually Tim Hortons customer service is below average, but this new location is by far my favourite in all of the lower mainland. The workers and extremely friendly, the food is presented decently and you won't have to worry about waiting in line for too long, even if there's a lot of people in front of you as they work fast in this location. I am a daily customer and whenever I visit a different Tim Horton's, the service doesn't compare to this one. Highly recommend :)

It was a splendid day and my roommate had collected some change from returning empties to the depot. We walked to the cafe together and talked about how we are going to order food and coffee, but we were about to change our mind last minute, yet we ended up at Tim Horton's. One of the girl's who worked there asked my friend never to bring her there again, so I felt uncomfortable as all the visits I have had to Tim Horton's were sacred and held a lot of meaning to me, my classmates and family. We ordered the coffee quickly and ate sweet pastries outside and drank our one coffee that we shared. This was one of the worst visit I had, although staff was well presented and dressed and professional in preparing our order in a timely manner and courteous demeanor. In the past I always went to Tim Horton's to study, or discuss politics, current affairs and art with my friends, classmates and neighbours. The restaurant's I went to were always well maintained, and lit with Neon lighting just like this one. The interior design was always consistent and there was music playing in the background.

As far as I am concerned, this is the best Tim's I have been at. The staff are excellent, cleanliness is good, food is the best I've had from any Tim's. I continue to come to this Tim Horton's because of the above.
