I have a yearly examination. A few years back, Dr. G. recommended the OptoMap Machine, where he found that I have Focal Lattice Degeneration. I can only comment on customer service in 2023 as I haven't been there requiring anything complicated for quite awhile but there have been staff changes. The staff there now have been good to me, and twice lately have been very kind and helpful when I wasn't even buying anything.
