The owner and staff at the 8902 149 location are amazing. They seem to really care about their customers and have a little niche of amazing friendly return customers which is awesome to meet new people and build relationships. The owner is honestly the nicest person ever. I was outside his store one day and he took an hour out of his day to help me install a new horn in my truck. Just a good genuine person. I have enjoyed the comfort and friendly atmosphere here! The staff are always willing to help in all areas and I find are very knowledgeable in what they are doing. The front desk girls are smiling and very pleasant with either a booking or helping you with your glasses decisions. Someone here had sold me the wrong size printer cartridge, when I went back to return it without the receipt they gave me store credit. Being stubborn i wanted my money back so I went to my house to find the original receipt. Although I had bought the product more than 1 month ago the staff there made accommodations for me so that I could get back what I felt I deserved. All in all, I wasn't the easier customer of the day but not once did they make me feel like my issues weren't valid. Thanks!!
