The frames are still efficient but H.D. were only interested in selling us new frames with awnings. Came to this store from out of town with a coolant issue. They were really busy but took the time to ask me what was wrong and offered for me to bring my car in to have a look at it but couldn't guarantee they could fix it right away. In a couple of hours they had fixed the problem and very reasonably as well. FANTASTIC customer service at this location.

I was very impressed. Called them at 4:50 pm on a Sunday because our garage door refused to open and the car was stuck inside. They treated the situation with the proper level of urgency and showed up promptly at 7 am the following day (they offered to come immediately but let us know that since they were already closed it would cost a lot more). He had the door open by 7:30, so I didn't have to take the bus to work.
