Over the years, I personally have purchased over $10k worth of gear from Long and McQuade. About 7 years ago, Kamloops became my store. My relationship with L&M, their service and quality of equipment has been consistently excellent. Lyla is an absolute joy to work with. Recently, I have started purchasing my church equipment for PA sound etc from them.
That said... Over the years I have had two issues with purchases. Both were resolved quickly and pleasantly.

I contacted Concord First General for a carpet cleaning quote prior to moving and my Landlords occupying my unit. They were very prompt to respond and gave me an excellent quote. Poly was very thorough, asking for photos to determine the type of (old) carpet that was to be cleaned. As it turned out, my Landlords are replacing the carpet and told me not to worry about cleaning the carpet. I still want to post a positive review as this company was excellent to deal with and very responsive.

They lived up to their moto..limped in late with a leaking water pump on way to Alberta & pulling a trailer..went in next morning and owner was willing to take the job on no notice..got truck back early afternoon even though they were short handed and they found a further repair that was likely the cause of seal failure..price was reasonable for a professional job and they called first before proceeding with extra repair..got back ok with no further issues. In order to encourage students to return what they have borrowed, we now require a deposit of $100 per student (plus a $5 processing fee if paying by credit card) before materials will be handed over.
