Following our philosophy of hand-crafted quality, we source most of our goods from local artisans who use historic methods to produce in small batches. We carry over 400 different varieties of cheese. Availability may vary. We focus heavily on local and Canadian cheeses especially artisan, but a large part of our inventory is made up of cheeses from around the world. We offer international cheeses that are exclusive to Cheese Shoppe on Locke and we work closely with local wineries to offer wine and cheese parings.
