I was glad to hear Foot Works has varied hours with some late days to accomodate my work schedule. I love that Foot Works is directly across from the Bauer Lofts near Uptown Waterloo . Part way through the week long ENDURrun 160KM stage race this past summer I started battling back spasms along with the distance. The pain was impairing my breathing and freedom of motion. After each stage, and in the one off day, Dr. Colin worked on my back to ensure I was ready for the next race day. i not only completed my fastest ENDURrun but ended it with a personal best marathon time to finish the week.
