I love Canadian Tire and yes it can be a pain looking for a product but most stores operate this way. It is a self serve business model which has been in effect for years since I worked for one of their stores back in the 1970's.

I was very impressed with the Automotive Service. I didn't have a car looked at, although they did look over a bicycle for us. They did not have to as this was not part of their jobs. I got a message saying that it was done and the mechanic did it for free. They could have taken advantage and put new parts from the store on and charged me, but they did not. Very impressed so far!!!! Thank you.

Our clock needed adjustments. In 5 minutes he examined it and showed the problem in detail, gave an estimate.
He also stated that, when he begins the repair, if it looks like it will need more than he thought, he will stop and call us first.
The repair was completed on time, and the clock is working perfectly, for the agreed upon price. We were impressed with his professional manner and knowledge.

Very reasonable price for those who are on a limited budget. Carry enough product that would only have to shop there for all your needs. One little issue doesn't seem very organized in some areas. Clothing is fine but others lack direction. Thank you.
