I am very mechanical as my father owned a garage and I've worked on cars all my life, so this was the first time buying from a dealer so I was a bit nervous. I bought a high-mileage van and they fixed a front shock I said was faulty and they gave me a price break and the van's been working well for over a year now. I had a very good experience with Obsession Automobile and the owner Stéphane. I test drove a BMW and then arranged to have it inspected by a specialty garage. Obsession staff were very helpful throughout and did not use pressure or intimidate in any way. I call Tuesday morning at 8:00, for appointement for my ATV . The service advisor told me to bringing in, and they will look at it same day. I drop my Wildcat at 9:00 am, received an email at 9:10 explaining the work order, got a call at 10:30 am that my Wildcat is ready. Good and fast respond to the Rockland Wheels Team.
