After seeing Sports Specific Physiotherapists for an injury that happened 13 years ago, Prabu (sp?) asked the questions that led to the right therapy and after 13 years of pain in my SI joint, I am pain free and on the mend. We needed to rent a cargo van on three occasions for the purpose of closing an estate. Discount's service was exceptional on each occasion. Each of the vehicles we rented was in top shape, clean, and suited to our needs. On our last rental, although we had reserved a normal-sized cargo van, we were upgraded to a tall van at the same rate, which was really a great help to us. I have visited this business for several years, mostly for acne. My doctor is Dr. Linda Smith. She is without comparison the best doctor I have ever interacted with! She is incredibly personable and understanding, making appointments that are hard for me totally comfortable. She is very knowledgeable and has deftly steered my treatment plan through different phases to find the best acne solution for me. I recommend her to all my friends. I wish Dr. Smith could be my regular family doctor!

Like previous visits, the visit today, Saturday, May 22, 2021 confirmed that the facility is neat and organized to follow all the necessary COVID-19 public health protocols - with lots of hand sanitizer stations in the facility, social distancing marks on the floor and reflecting in the arrangement of seats, etc. The staff are working very hard and professionally to keep wait times within 20-30 minutes - even for walk-in appointments. The staff are very courteous and commendable.

Dr. Soon and all the gals at his office are phenomenal. I have never experienced such superb care as I have at his clinic. After signing consent forms for various procedures, he will sit next to you and read each point, further elaborate, and then ensure understanding. As someone with dentist anxiety, the staff as well as Dr. Soon are very sensitive. They notice clenched hands and fists and will repeatedly check in. He doesn't push product nor shame you into flossing more. They are simply the best!
