Dr. Serge (Srdjan) Gotovac graduated from the University of Sarajevo's Faculty of Veterinary Medicine in Bosnia. He then took a two year post-graduate program in Small Animal Medicine at the University of Zagreb's Faculty of Veterinary Medicine. After settling in Canada with his family, he passed all the necessary licensing examinations and has been granted a Certificate of Qualification, from both the Canadian and American Veterinary Medical Associations. He has been granted a General License to practice in Ontario

Welcome to the West Rouge Soccer Club, serving our community since 1976. My goal as President is create a common soccer culture in our community and give all kids an opportunity to play our beautiful game. For 2014 onwards, I'd like to continue to build on our successful house league program and provide parents, coaches and kids with a healthy soccer experience. For our more competitive players, we continue to offer a rep program that models the pathways set up by our governing bodies the Canadian Soccer Association (CSA), Ontario Soccer Association (OSA), and the Scarborough Soccer Association (SSA).
