On my laptop I was getting a message screen with a phone #. i was unable to use the laptop at all. I contacted to the real time and they informed that they can provide me home service for only $60 per hours for virus and malware removal. we fixed appointment for the same evening evening. The tech came to our place to fix the laptop. He showed us that malware and virus was there. He remove all kind of malware issue.
