Have to share my great experience at Marathon IDA !! The staff were very friendly, and they went above and beyond to make sure I got what i needed!! Today I met the new pharmacist, who is absolutely amazing !! She is kind & very knowledgeable!! It was very nice to have a place as a one stop shop - got my medical needs looked after, had assistance with hair care products & I even got to do some Xmas shopping as they have a wide selection of gifts & decorations !!

I had a very good experience with the team from Klimit Mechanical, I recently had a Lifebreath HRV installed. Doug came to my house and explained the options removing the old unit and installing a new unit. Once the unit was in, a two man team installed the unit and installed a new main control with new timers. They explained how the unit works and returned to adjust a timer to make sure I was happy. I really appreciate Jean who handled the issue my mom had with her acreage home. I called to get some clarity on behalf of my elderly mother. Jean took the time to look into the matter after we talked on the phone. She called me back an hour later and had the matter sorted and had already set a solution in motion. I was very grateful for her excellent customer care. The came up with timely resolution to our problem.
