Haden & Son Building Design and Construction, originally Wellbuilt General Contracting, was founded in 1984 in Combermere, ON by Andrew Haden-Pawlowski. The company has always focused on designing and building custom homes tailored to each lot’s unique terrain, completing over 100 homes across a wide range of property types. Andrew’s hands-on approach ensured every design met both site conditions and client expectations. While primarily focused on new builds, the company has also completed many renovations.
