Have been going to the Croutze dental clinic ( Edmonton) for almost 35 years and we switched to the Tudor Glen (Brian Croutze) about a year ago- We found the staff extremely friendly and accommodating and as soon as you are a client they call you by your name each time. I find the proprietor to be forthright and knowledgeable. he has provided repair service for our sewing machine, lawn mower, and chain saw. When I read some of the other reviews, I do wonder how complicit the writers are in rousing an abrupt response from a business owner who has no patience for entitled behaviour or other such nonsense. I will return to BJ's with more business when required.
