This was the best experience I've had with a service person. Jeff arrived at my house and he went straight to work at the kitchen drain that was leaking. When he finished, he showed me the work he did and everything looked brand new. He then did a free home inspection of my other plumbing, hot water tank and furnace. We had many company over last 2 years doing treatments in our 6 units building and problems were never solved. I used this company on two occasions to service two separate Eurostar irons purchased by family members. Both were extremely happy with the product - they just needed a tune up after years in use. Both “fixes” were done promptly and effectively at minimal cost. The downside was the location out in Springbank but it was very easy to access. Found customer service to be very good.
