Shaun was very polite and did an amazing job .They quoted a fee and for that I expected the minimum amount of work but he not only fixed the problem he took out all the old plumbing and replaced it and gave me much more room under the sink ! He SAVED us. We found black mould behind a mattress in the basement the day before taking pictures to list our house - and had already purchased a new one) We were devastated.

We had our water heater break and start leaking in the basement. We called this tankless company and they had a guy out to give us a quote within a few hours. We decided to go ahead with the installation and they prioritized us as we had no hot water. Within 36 hours we had a new tankless water heater installed. We have only been using the system for a few weeks now but it seem the exact same as the old water heater. We have yet to receive a gas bill so cant comment on energy savings yet.
