I can't say enough of how wonderful it is to shop here. I have been shopping here since its inception, and all the staff, I mean all the staff are a wonderful team of individuals who are always eager to help and go the extra mile. This is one if not the best place in Ottawa to shop. Starting from the Beauty Boutique, the Manager, her assistant and everyone else is top notch, experienced and knowledgeable. The best team in the City as far as I am concerned.

The pharmacist Vijay is a star! Two different times I needed special compounded meds and he turned them around for me so quickly. Couldn't get it done anywhere else in the city on time. There was one med I had to order from Toronto but now I can get it here and a lot more cost effective too! Brilliant service!

This pharmacy has the best service by far. They are extremely efficient, and offer exceptional customer service. They are always courteous, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them and as an added benefit, their dispensing fee is low so you don’t have to pay when you have full coverage, unlike other competitors. Plus they are much more personable compared to other pharmacies.
