We founded our first Inspiration Learning Center in Toronto in 2003 and have since expanded to six learning centers in the GTA with two home-away-from-home, residential, home-stay houses.Our learning centers offer excellent, professional tutoring services from highly skilled and dedicated teachers who have had many years of experience in their fields. The Barrie Literacy Council was founded in 1979 by local Barrie, Ontario resident, Connie Morgan to assist adults improve their basic reading writing and math skills. We currently provide one-to-one tutoring and small group learning sessions. Independent students receive assistance from staff while they wait to be matched with a volunteer tutor.
