Psychotherapy and counselling are often terms used interchangeably. They are used to describe 'talk therapy'. The aim is to relieve distress by discussing and expressing feelings; to help change attitudes, behaviour and habits that may be unhelpful; and to assist more helpful ways of coping. Faith Infant & Early Education Centre was established in 1991 as a part of the Prophetic, Non-Profit Housing Complex. We are a non-profit, charitable, Christian corporation which is guided by a very caring and committed Board of Directors. The Board Members consist of our Centre parents and community members. It is this group of dedicated men and women who review, update and issue new policies for Faith so that the Centre is continually in compliance with all governing bodies.
