Based on a very brief email message, Jan knew instantly what was happening to my dogs coat and why - and explained how she could get it back to the way it should look. She worked on my dog promptly, and handled her gently so my dog left looking lovely - and without showing any signs of stress. I’m just in town for a few days and wanted to get my dog groomed. They were able to fit us in with in short notice and the price was just right. The staff was friendly and professional and did a great job with my dog. He’s not the easiest to deal with but they said he did great. Thanks again and if I’m ever back in this area I will not hesitate to bring him back in.
