Just had the service guy come over today. The person was on time, and very courteous. He was honest, and repaired both garage doors when the service call was originally for one. I saw the cable he removed from the "working" door and it was badly frayed and would have caused me grief in the near future (which would have cost me another service .

Alan installed our new garage door opener today and I can't say enough good things about his workmanship, cleanliness and his professionalism! He went out of his way to correct a badly installed garage door and replaced parts and adjusted other parts and this was all done with a smile on his face.
