The design process starts with meeting clients on site to review the property view lines and challenges if there are any. Generally, clients have a preliminary floor plan sketch or a plan they printed off the internet. In my experience everyone has their own ideas for a floor plan layout, and I work with them at this starting point. From this point, I take their ideas, needs, and wants and start with the design process.
