We have used Pave-Tech to manage our commercial and residential properties in Orillia for Winter Maintenance (Snow Removal & De-Icing) for the past several years. They are extremely professional, knowledgeable, prompt, and most importantly...HONEST BUSINESS PEOPLE! Prior to dealing with Pave-Tech, we utilized other local companies and found that we were ALWAYS being taken advantage of. Pave-Tech offers a clear and comprehensive Contract, and you never have to worry about "hidden fees" or "fine print" like you do with other companies. Other companies may come in cheaper in price for their snow clearing service, but they will get you from the "back door" on the salting. You also have to ensure that the company you are dealing with are properly insured against slip & fall accidents, otherwise, you could be left holding the bag on a hefty lawsuit!
