I was in a car accident Feb. 12th and had to rent a car while mine was fixed. Kelly and Anthony went above and beyond to make sure that I had a safe vehicle to drive. When the engine light came on the first rental, they quickly got me into another vehicle. They sent the rental with the engine light to the shop for a quick turn around so I could get that vehicle back. When the car was not available, they got me into the same car just a different colour. Amazing people to deal with.

Bonjour, nous avons dû arrêter d'urgence chez North Bay Toyota Scion, car nous avions un problème avec le hayon arrière qui ne fermait plus sur notre Rav 4.
