Washed up at Lou's after the alternator on my truck failed EB on the 401. Carlos and Tony could not have done more. Clearly they were already fully booked, but in order to get me back on the road to Ottawa as quickly as possibl they went over and above. Courteous and competent. The cost was certainly reasonable as well. I cannot say enough in favour of these guys.

Being new to Toronto I was looking for a garage that I could trust with service at reasonable prices. The staff, like Aaron and Errol, at Service Plus have great communication skills and always give a detailed estimate before the work is done. My older car needs work every now and then, and Service Plus has been able to do it all from gas tanks to brakes. You will not find the attention to detail and straightforward pricing at other garages and dealerships. TTC buses are close by too. Highly recommended.

Prices were more than fair and the mechanic was honest about pricing and warranties. Very knowledgeable and fixed my issue very quickly. I waited in the reception area while it was being repaired and was frequently updated on what was going on with my car.
