Quality Homes and Renovations was founded in March 2009 as a general contracting company specializing in building and renovating homes, cottages and outbuildings. We have served a wide variety of customers from home owners to business owners and organizations. Quality Homes and Renovations considers themselves to be leaders in the field of construction and demolition and prides themselves on their custom interior finishing including fireplaces, staircases, and showers. We also specialize in foundation footings and drainage stone, concrete floor finishing, and ICF foundations.

We are a father and son business in the Kawartha Lakes area. Specializing in kitchens, bathrooms and finished basements. We also do deck and fencing as well. We take a lot of pride in our work to make sure our customers are 100% happy. Quality of work is really important and our speed and timing is impressive. No body likes long renos so we do our very best to get your home back to normal as quickly as possible. We work Monday to Friday but will work Saturday if needed. Usually try to put in a 8 hour day. Will meet up in the evening and weekends to come take a look at your new renovation plans and put together an estimate for you. We accept e-tranfers for payments and cash also works. You'll be provided with a copy of the invoice.
