These are independently owned I was told at the property management office for 2917 Bloor St.W.after the woman in the Life Lab was soooo rude.Prior to my 2014 visit,the clinic had this really NICE lady at the desk.It made up for an old,and dimly lit clinic.Also,the technician at the time was also VERY professional,plus personable.The owner should make himself available for complaints because I would've contacted him years ago.

Wow, I have had ultrasound a few times. I’ve never had a better service efficiency professionalism until I came Here , Pat was my technologist very very very knowledgable experienced and very kind from now on from any imaging and we gonna use this place. I'm scared of needles and have been told that my veins are hard to find. Carlota did a really good job of taking my blood, I barely felt it. Anna was nice at the desk, and they were on time with my appointment. I'll be getting my blood taken here from now on :)

I have been using Hakim Optical for about 10 years now to fill my prescriptions for glasses and they have always given me excellent service. The frames are very stylish and I most times end up buying 2 at the same time with the many deals they have. I have become friends with the staff, in particular Vicky, who is very charming and gives me excellent customer service. For the short time I have know Pat, she has been wonderful in terms of customer service.I recommend Hakim Optical to everyone.

Very quick for the amount of people ahead of me. And extremely friendly and professional. Makes having the 2nd worst medical procedure I dislike (dental 1st ?) so much more doable... thank you to the staff for making this a much better experience than other labs. The tech that I had was super sweet, soft spoken and easy on the eye's ? think her name was Eva? Tiny blonde.... ask for her!

Staff were absolutely fabulous!!! We booked an appointment for very anxious kid who happens to be on the spectrum. We arrived we a team of people to help, they provided 2 techs. In and out, easy to deal with, didn't question what needs, needed to met. PERFECT!!!

Went there for blood work and they gave my OHIP card by mistake to another customer. Staff are a bit careless with security of OHIP cards. When you leave make sure you are given the correct card. Other than this error the service and staff were fine.
