Sleep evaluation is a challenge. If you are there you likely need to be, so suck it up. This is not a spa, it is a lab. Clinicians are at work. Nothing sexy about it. I have been 2X, testing and follow up. I was treated well, the staff was efficient and the work gets done. You are out of your comfort zone, deal with it. Nobody enjoys the experience, it sucks to be wired up. But, the reward is potentially life-affecting. A spa would be nice, so is better sleep. Stop complaining & sleep well.

Went there for blood work and they gave my OHIP card by mistake to another customer. Staff are a bit careless with security of OHIP cards. When you leave make sure you are given the correct card. Other than this error the service and staff were fine.

I have come to this Photo Lab for over a decade now. We live in the area and have seen all the photo labs in the neighbourhood slowly disappear over the years... My children also come here. They have excellent customer service and are very friendly people. You know they are high quality as they are the last photo lab standing. Our passport photos don't make us look like models but that's not the point! Never been rejected. Highly recommend!

After reading a lot of negative comments I was hesitant to go there.
My experience was no different than any other location. Wait time was about 10 minutes. Kenny did my blood work. He was pleasant, polite & professional. I left there as a satisfied customer.

I have been a long time customer of this branch. Staff is always polite, no hard sell. Actually, Bruce pointed out an issue with 1 of my initial choices. I just recently went in during the pandemic, had to wait a bit outside in my car as they are properly adhering to the govt guidelines of protocol. The staff had to deal with rude customers while I was there, and were polite but firm about the restrictions. I would highly recommend this store and their staff.
